Nitika is a distinguished professional with a noteworthy academic background.
She is an accredited Chartered Accountant, holds a Bachelor of Law degree, and a Commerce graduate from Delhi University. In addition, she has obtained DISA certifications, is a certified CSR Professional and a certified POSH Trainer. She is also empanelled to serve as a woman Independent Director.
With over 18 years of extensive professional experience, Nitika has worked with renowned Big 4 accounting firms and has provided management consulting services to clients in the manufacturing and E-commerce sectors. Her areas of expertise include taxation, corporate governance, assessment and appellate proceedings, as well as assurance services for listed companies, branches of public sector banks, and PSU's.
She has assisted clients in various tax matters, corporate governance and appellate proceedings, and has provided valuable consultation services to various clients.
At present she is a partner with M/s Khiwani Sood & Associates, as well as a certified PosH Compliance Trainer and Consultant.

Simran Maini, Founder and Managing Director of Swordfish Integrated Advertising Pvt. Ltd., is a seasoned marketing professional with over 30 years of experience spanning corporate communications, advertising, digital marketing, and events.
Simran has built Swordfish into a dynamic, full-service agency known for its strategic thinking, creative excellence, and impactful brand storytelling. Her expertise lies in crafting integrated campaigns that seamlessly blend creativity with business objectives, helping brands grow, evolve, and stay relevant in an ever-changing market.
Over the years, she has worked across diverse industries, leading high-impact projects in brand strategy, digital transformation, experiential marketing, and content-led campaigns including one of the Big4 firms. Her ability to combine sharp consumer insights with innovative execution has made her a trusted partner for both emerging and established brands.
Prior to founding Swordfish, Simran held key roles in leading organizations such as Bharti Airtel, Idea Cellular, and Reva Electric Car Company, where she honed her skills in product marketing, value-added services, and market communications.
A natural leader and storyteller, Simran is also deeply involved in community initiatives and leadership platforms, contributing her time and expertise to social impact causes. She is known for her passion for mentoring teams, building strong client relationships, and constantly pushing creative boundaries.
With a vision to take Indian creativity to global markets, Simran continues to steer Swordfish towards new horizons, including expansion into international markets like Dubai.
Simran is also a Rotarian with the Rotary Club of Hyderabad Deccan (4+ yrs), and is the President Elect (2026-27).
